These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KDA Firestarter Dance AI (the "Service"), an AI tool that generates short dance videos and images from a photo you upload. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

KDA Firestarter Dance AI is an unofficial fan-made tool operated by [Operator legal name] ([Country]). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games, K/DA, League of Legends, Fortiche or any featured artist. K/DA, League of Legends and FIRESTARTER are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login method secure, and for all activity under your account.

The Service uses prepaid credits. Free generations, when offered, are limited per day and rendered at lower quality with a watermark.

Purchased credits never expire. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice.

Failed or blocked generations are automatically returned to your credit balance — no request needed.

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; credits already used for delivered generations are not refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. Full details, including partially used packs, are in our Refund Policy (/refund-policy).

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process them solely to render your generation.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 or older; (b) you have the express permission of every person (or pet owner) depicted; (c) the photos do not infringe any rights, including copyright, publicity or privacy rights.

You must not upload images of strangers, public figures or celebrities without their authorization, and must not use the Service to create content that is sexual, harassing, defamatory, misleading or that impersonates a real person without consent.

Violating content is not allowed and may be removed; repeated violations lead to permanent account termination without refund.

Subject to these Terms, you own the generations you create from content you had the right to use, and paid downloads may be used for personal and commercial purposes.

All output is AI-generated. It may contain artifacts or an imperfect likeness; the Service is provided without warranty of any particular result. Do not present output as authentic footage of real events or people without clear disclosure.

We may screen inputs and outputs, refuse generations, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that should survive termination, do.

Rights holders may report infringing content through the support channel. Include identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and a good-faith statement. Valid reports are actioned promptly.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
