This policy explains what KDA Firestarter Dance AI collects, why, and how long we keep it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to render your generation, we delete it fast, and we never train on your data.

Account data: email address, display name and avatar from your sign-in provider. Uploads: the photos you submit for a generation. Results: the videos and images the Service produces for you. Usage data: task timestamps and technical logs needed to operate the Service.

We do not train AI models on your uploads or results. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than rendering your order.

Uploads and generated results are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after generation. Deleting your account removes remaining associated data. Credit and order records are kept as long as required by accounting rules.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service, each under its own privacy terms:

Sign-in: Google (when you choose Google sign-in) provides your email, name and avatar. Email: Cloudflare Email Service delivers sign-in links to your address.

Hosting and storage: Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage) runs the Service and stores account records, uploads and results; uploads and results are kept for the retention window only.

Payments: waffo acts as our merchant of record and processes your payment details — we never receive card numbers.

AI generation: your uploaded photos are sent to our AI generation provider solely to render your order; the provider may not use them for any other purpose.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember your display preferences (such as light/dark mode). No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@kdafirestarterdance.org. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The Service is not available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced on the Service.
