Failed or blocked generations are never charged. Free daily stills cost nothing. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; credits already used for delivered generations cannot. KDA Firestarter Dance AI has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

KDA Firestarter Dance AI sells one-time credit packs. Credits never expire and are only spent when you generate. Current packs: Starter — 10 credits, $5.00 · Creator — 45 credits, $19.00 · Stage — 100 credits, $39.00.

Each generation shows its credit cost before you confirm it: videos are priced by length and stills per image. The exact price of a pack is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Signed-in users can create up to 2 free stills per day at lower resolution with a small watermark. Free stills involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

If a generation fails — an error, a timeout, or a request blocked by our content rules — the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. No request is needed.

A generation that completes successfully but that you do not like is not a failed generation. Check the template preview and the photo tips before you generate.

A pack that is entirely unused can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.

A partially used pack can be refunded within the same 7 days for its unused credits, valued at that pack's price per credit.

After 7 days, or for credits already used for delivered generations, purchases are final. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Credits you put into a gift link (/gift) count as used once a friend claims them and cannot be refunded. Credits nobody has claimed return to your balance when you stop the link or it expires, and can then be refunded under the rules above.

Credits you receive from someone else's gift link are free to you: they cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, or gifted again.

Charged twice or charged the wrong amount? Email support@kdafirestarterdance.org within 30 days with your order ID and we will correct it once verified.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved faster by email. Disputing charges for credits you have already used may lead to account suspension.

Email support@kdafirestarterdance.org from the address on your account, including your order ID and the reason for the request. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which returns approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
