Uploaded photos and finished generations are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after generation. You do not need to do anything for this to happen.

Email the support address from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my data". Include your account email so we can match the request.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days: account profile, remaining uploads, stored results and task history are removed. Order and payment records are retained only as long as accounting rules require, in anonymized form.

You may also delete your account from the support channel at any time; deletion of the account triggers the same full data deletion described above.
